How to allocate idle funds for USDPT? Up to 15% annualized return has arrived

With recent market volatility, friends who are holding stablecoins waiting for opportunities may want to check out Gate’s newly launched USDPT time deposit wealth management product in the “Cash Management” feature.
This round offers three lockup periods: 7 days, 14 days, and 30 days. The maximum annualized return can reach 15%, and you can subscribe with as little as 1.5 USDPT, so even if you don’t have much capital, you can still participate.
The period selection is also quite flexible:
🔹7 days: suitable for short-term trials, with easier fund turnover
🔹14 days: balances returns and the timing of fund usage
🔹30 days: suitable for idle funds that you don’t have trading plans for recently
Personally, I will first keep funds aside for additional buys and daily turnover, and then put the portion I don’t need temporarily into short-period products. This way, I can wait for new market opportunities while also earning some return on idle USDPT.
📅Activity period:
2026-07-21 16:00—2026-08-31 16:00 (UTC+8)
Product quotas are limited. The actual yield rates for each period, as well as subscription and redemption rules, are subject to what’s shown on the page. If you’re interested, it’s best to check earlier.

15% is definitely tempting, but what if the market moves a lot during the lock-up period? I plan to invest for 7 days first to test the waters.

Already on board. The 30-day period matches the position I haven’t been moving recently, and I hope I can maintain this return rate.

It’s friendly that you can participate even if you don’t have much capital, but a reminder: make sure to read the rules for redeeming from periodic wealth management, or you may not be able to get the money out when you need it urgently.
