Axe Compute signs a new AI infrastructure contract worth over $1.3 billion; after deployment, its expected ARR is projected to exceed $384 million
Deep Tide TechFlow news: On July 23, according to GlobeneWswire, Axe Compute (NASDAQ: AGPU) said the company has already signed new customer contracts worth more than $1.3 billion in the United States and Europe, exceeding the $1 billion annual signing target for the full year of 2026 ahead of schedule. The related contracts were reached through the Axe Compute Build program, under which the company will design, deploy, own, and operate dedicated AI infrastructure for customers. Customers can independently choose the GPU type, deployment region, and infrastructure configuration.
The agreements have a term of 5 years, with renewal options and arrangements for large upfront payments, and they also allow ongoing upgrades after the release of next-generation GPUs. The company expects to receive the upfront payments in the third quarter of 2026, and to begin recognizing revenue by the end of the fourth quarter. After the project is deployed, the annual recurring revenue (ARR) is expected to exceed $384 million.
Axe Compute CEO Christopher Miglino said that, based on current project opportunities, the company may sign approximately another $2 billion in contracts within the year and is expected to contribute to the next year’s ARR. The infrastructure will use NVIDIA reference designs for large-model training, fine-tuning, inference, and data processing.
