Too many people hold on tightly, refusing to miss any fluctuation; frequent trading keeps draining both capital and mindset. The market won’t end, but human energy is limited—knowing when to step away and rest is also an essential skill for trading.

You’re completely right. Back then, I didn’t understand and I kept trying to catch every wave of the market, and it ended up wasting my time and costing me money. Now I realize that having the freedom to hold and release—being able to manage it with ease—is the way to go for the long run.
