Galaxy Digital seeks $3.5 billion debt financing to support data center projects

On July 23, Bloomberg reported that sources familiar with the matter said Galaxy Digital Inc. plans to make a first-time offering of about $3.5 billion in high-yield bonds to fund a data center project related to CoreWeave Inc. This also means that AI infrastructure financing is further pushing the U.S. credit market into higher-risk segments. Sources said Galaxy Digital is marketing the bond offering to investors at a yield of about 9%. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are serving as underwriters for the deal, and are expected to complete pricing on Thursday. Since the relevant information has not yet been disclosed, the sources asked to remain anonymous. #美股 #美债
