Deep Tide TechFlow news, July 23, according to Bloomberg, Galaxy Digital plans to issue junk bonds for the first time, with a size of about $3.5 billion. The proceeds will be used for its Helios data center campus project in Texas, which is associated with CoreWeave. The bonds are expected to have a yield of about 9%, underwritten jointly by Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, and are expected to be priced this Thursday.
