good analysis

DEXE is currently in an extreme oversold phase following a sharp sell-off. The latest 4-hour closing price is around 3.42. Previously, the price rapidly dropped from the phase high of 42.432 down to 3.155, with a maximum drawdown of about 92.6%. The continuous declines from the 21st to the 22nd were accompanied by a significant increase in trading volume, indicating that the market went through concentrated liquidation, a liquidity shock, or panic selling—not a normal pullback.

The current price is already far below the 4-hour EMA5, EMA10, EMA20, and EMA120. The moving averages show a complete bearish alignment, suggesting that the medium- and short-term trend has not yet been reversed. Oversold conditions only indicate that the downside move was too large, and do not mean the bottom has been confirmed.

Good analysis, not overhyped. The few cases cited in the article are all very representative and worth reading again and again.

You’re right, but I think we can dig deeper into the details at the data level, such as changes in on-chain transaction volume.
