I only meant to take a quick look at the chart, but the shorts went ahead and wrote the answer for me. A few nights ago, the price kept pushing higher on the screen, and $CYS looked really active. In reality, every time it went up, there was no real follow-through, and the volume never truly caught up. I kept watching CYS chop around at the high level without moving, and judged that this looked more like rebound consumption, not a real breakout. So I executed a long around 0.5173, waiting for the pullback after it failed to break through.

Now the price is at 0.301. This short position is showing an unrealized gain of +821.39%, so this profit is finally cashed out—the waiting wasn’t in vain.

First close 80%, take the bulk off the table; move the remaining 20%’s protection level to around breakeven. If it continues dropping, let the profits run. If it rebounds, don’t give back what you’ve already taken.

Being in cash isn’t a crime; opening positions wildly is the mistake. Friends who haven’t entered yet, don’t chase the drop. Missing this leg doesn’t mean there won’t be another chance—wait for the next wave’s signal to act.
