XRP Eyes 20% Surge as Monthly Buy Signal Aligns With Bullish Chart Pattern

  • Monthly TD Sequential buy signal strengthens XRP’s long-term bullish outlook.

  • Breakout above $1.13 could trigger a 20% rally toward $1.35.

  • Support at $1.02-$1.06 remains crucial to prevent deeper losses.

Ripple — XRP, has reached another critical point after weeks of choppy and frustrating price action. Traders are closely watching several technical signals that could determine the next major move. A fresh TD Sequential buy signal has appeared on the monthly chart, adding optimism after an extended period of weakness. At the same time, the lower timeframes reveal a tightening bullish pattern that often precedes a strong breakout. If buyers can push XRP above the key $1.13 resistance, technical projections suggest a rally of nearly 20%, with the next major upside target sitting around $1.35.

XRP Defends Critical Support While Higher Timeframes Remain Bearish

Despite encouraging signals on the monthly chart, XRP continues trading within a broader bearish structure. Sellers still maintain control across the higher timeframes, preventing buyers from establishing a sustained recovery. Every rebound over recent months has encountered strong resistance before gaining meaningful momentum.

Even so, XRP continues holding above an important demand zone, showing that buyers remain willing to defend lower prices despite persistent selling pressure. The daily chart highlights a well-defined descending channel that has guided price lower for several months. This pattern continues reflecting the broader bearish trend, while both the 100-day and 200-day moving averages remain above current price levels.

Those moving averages continue pointing downward, reinforcing the negative long-term outlook. The latest recovery attempt also lost momentum beneath the $1.24 to $1.28 supply zone, where the upper boundary of the descending channel aligns with both moving averages. Such technical confluence creates a powerful resistance area and explains why sellers quickly regained control after the recent rally.

Bullish Triangle Pattern Points to a Potential 20% Rally

The lower timeframes present a more constructive picture for short-term traders. On the four-hour chart, XRP continues trading beneath a descending trendline that has rejected every recovery attempt since the mid-June peak. While sellers still defend this trendline, buyers have successfully prevented a breakdown below the key support region, allowing consolidation to continue instead of another sharp decline.

On the hourly timeframe, price action has developed into a symmetrical triangle, a pattern that often signals an approaching breakout after a prolonged period of consolidation. The market now focuses on the upper boundary near $1.13. A decisive move above that level would confirm the breakout and could quickly attract fresh buying interest.

Based on the height of the triangle, technical projections point to a potential 20% advance, placing the next upside objective near $1.35. Even after clearing $1.13, XRP must overcome another important resistance zone between $1.16 and $1.18. This region aligns with the descending trendline on the four-hour chart, making another critical decision point for price action.
