Just finished reading the bad-news takeaway and thought the market would keep pretending to be strong. Unexpectedly, after midday came this pullback—straight up ripping off the fake strength at the high levels. $SLX Earlier, it kept trying higher repeatedly, but the volume didn’t keep up. The rally didn’t sustain—it felt like it was waiting for someone else to take the baton at the end.

While everyone is still watching, I’m monitoring the change in SLX’s order book support and noticed that no one was taking the bids. The moment the price touched the key level, it quickly retreated. After I made the call, I went long around 0.21150. This time it wasn’t a bet on direction—it was waiting to realize profits after the rebound loses momentum.

The current price is already 0.10899. The return rate recorded is +954.33%. This short position has been managed so smoothly—I didn’t wait in vain.

I’ve taken the big chunk off the table first: already closed 80%. The remaining 20% is kept running, with the protection level moved to around the cost basis. If it keeps dumping further, let the profit run on its own; if there’s a sudden snapback, it won’t erase the gains back.

The trade setup is something you wait for, and the profit is something you hold onto. This is not the time to chase shorts. If you miss it, you miss it—the market isn’t short of opportunities. Patience is the tempo.
