Compute power surges—price-hike signal! CPU shortages go wild as dual demand from AI + the crypto market sparks the rally

Incredible! Domestic server CPU prices have cumulatively risen more than 40% this year, with the highest single-month increase at 10%. Intel and AMD directly sign 1–2 year long-term locked procurement orders with domestic customers, but capacity is simply not enough to go around.
The root cause of the price increases lies in two major rigid demands:
1、AI Agents roll out across the board; compute orchestration relies entirely on CPU. The datacenter CPU/GPU ratio has shifted from 1:8 to 1:1, and compute demand has directly doubled;
2、On-chain DeFi, AI mining, and RWA nodes all require server support, and the crypto sector continues to consume compute inventory.
Chip manufacturers lock volumes but not prices—there are still expectations of further price hikes. Compute-related tokens and semiconductor stocks directly benefit.
Do you think coins related to the compute-power sector could see a new round of momentum? Discuss in the comments!
