7.23 Midday BTC and ETH Market Analysis

The current market is now in a very delicate state. The price pair peaked at the 67,000 level and then fell slightly, drifting down in a small bearish move to around 65,500. After that, it began to consolidate in a range, and it has repeatedly probed at support below as well. Trading volume is sluggish, and the market is almost stalled—everyone is waiting for a volatility move that can break the deadlock. By the time the chart has reached this stage, essentially neither side on either side of the fight is willing to push hard from this position. The 65,500–65,800 area has already been confirmed consecutively two or three times; the downside side can’t smash it down, and the upside side doesn’t want to pull up for now. So the result is a sideways range stuck here, volume shrinking to the extreme, and then waiting for an external force to break the balance. If you already hold some chips with Danzi on hand, don’t rush to add more. As long as the short-term support below hasn’t broken, go light on exposure and watch for the upside to around 66,200 for a bullish look. As for ETH, at this position it’s about the same as yesterday—so first look at around 1,935.
