Further market analysis:

Gold prices continued a choppy upward trend on Wednesday, with the intraday high reaching around 4166 before selling pressure pulled it back.

Since the rally from the 4000 level, bullish momentum has clearly weakened, so you should not chase prices too aggressively.

On the larger timeframe, the trend is still bearish. The upper band on the daily chart is suppressing price. Pay close attention to whether there is a breakout at 4180 and 4200.

For intraday trading, you should mainly look to sell at higher levels. If gold can’t hold above 4180, everyone should short with confidence.

Trading recommendation: short around 4160 and 4175. Targets: 4100 and 4000.
