AVAX is now around 6.61. Over the past two days, there’s been a big piece of news— the World Cup is using it.

FIFA this year’s World Cup has its official ticketing system directly running on Avalanche. The NFT side has also been integrated. After Spain won the championship, FIFA Collect NFTs also got heated up for a while, and daily active trading volume jumped twentyfold. However, the price didn’t really rise along with it, suggesting that this wave is more about on-chain activity growing, and sentiment hasn’t fully translated into the coin price yet.

On the institutional side, two channels have opened up. VanEck and Grayscale have both listed AVAX ETFs, so traditional investors can now gain exposure through legitimate channels. This month, Hyundai also announced a pilot using Avalanche for global stablecoin transfers. These are real partnerships, not just hype.

The stablecoin sector is also growing. The total stablecoin supply on top of it has risen to $1.8 billion, indicating that real value is depositing onto this chain—not just speculative capital.

Its all-time high was 144.96; now it’s down by more than 95%—it hasn’t really recovered over these years.

On the technical side, around the 7th and 8th, it broke below an ascending trend line, suggesting that short-term upward momentum has weakened a bit. Now the market is watching whether it can break back above the 7 mark again #avax $AVAX
