Golden Finance reported that on July 23, Tesla said that battery pack production capacity is still a limiting factor, and the company is working to increase battery pack capacity. It also said that it expects Optimus, the humanoid robot at the U.S. Fremont factory, to begin production later this year, while the semi-trailers and Megapack 3 will continue to move forward according to the production schedule.
