The issue of internal “bad money driving out good money” within OORT is prominent, with severe talent loss. The personnel who remain mostly drift into empty talk, lacking hands-on execution; they perform their duties perfunctorily and ineffectively. Relying only on the existing team is no longer able to complete internal rectification.

The project’s founders and core team are typical academic/theory-oriented practitioners, with common industry shortcomings: they are good at theoretical reasoning but lack practical implementation capability, and the entire commercialized pathway has never been able to form a closed loop.

In addition, the team’s external communication style is aggressive (arrogant, always thinking they are the best in technology, but in reality they are nothing). Their cooperative relationships with multiple parties have continued to deteriorate. Investment institutions, community users, miners, KOLs, exchanges, and market makers, among other partners, generally hold strongly negative views of the project (the industry reputation is worrying; some even put OORT team members on blacklists). The project’s downturn has become entrenched. The root cause lies in fundamental problems in the founding team’s underlying thinking and way of doing things, making it difficult to reverse the situation through external measures.

The team lacks the product commercialization “blood-generating” ability; its core products can’t stay consistently profitable to sustain the team and pay back shareholders (i.e., “harvest” shareholders). The core model survives by telling stories—selling tokens in the fundraising stage and in the secondary market. The first standard chain, CZR, is the same; the second, OORT, is also the same; the third, ATHR, is also the same—these are all projects that can’t achieve positive cash-flow profitability.
