7.22 Tuesday sol
Today, SOL overall remains strong, with an intraday gain of about +0.65%. From the chart perspective, the price is still trading in the upper-band range of BOLL(20,2,0). Short-term support forms around MID 78.30, while UP 78.56 becomes the first resistance above.
On the 15-minute timeframe, the price has repeatedly attempted to break above the upper band 78.56, but volume failed to continuously expand. After the push, pullbacks appeared each time, showing signs of short-term overheating/congestion. However, the BOLL opening direction still points upward, and the mid-band 78.30 has not been effectively broken through, indicating that the bull structure has not yet been damaged.
Below, 77.39 is a recent key low and also the final defensive level for the bull; meanwhile, the 78.00–78.07 area has been tested multiple times intraday, with decent holding power, and can be viewed as a reference zone for short-term pullback entries.
Suggestions:
Wait for the price to retrace to around 77.80–78.00 before considering going long again.
Targets: first look at 78.50–78.60; if there is a volume-backed breakout above the upper band, then further look at 79.00.
Place the stop loss below 77.30, strictly manage position sizing. With current volatility expanding, it is not recommended to chase the trade and aggressively sell-off/cut-late entries.
