Hynix probes the bottom with a double pin! If 1180 doesn’t break, it’s a “golden pit”—this level is worth a shot!

Brothers, SK Hynix today pulled off a roller-coaster move. After the main stock hit its intraday low at 1180, it quickly rebounded to 1220. The ADR bottomed at 150.80 and bounced to 155.84—almost lining up with the July 14 low at 1173. A double-pin bottom, and this signal is a bit interesting.

$SKHY NIX :
MA7 (1201.77) and MA25 (1213.85) have already been reclaimed, and MA99 (1181.72) is holding support from below—this is the first early sign of a bullish moving-average alignment pattern in the recent period. After probing the bottom at 1180 on the 4-hour chart, it closed with a long lower shadow, and the follow-through from buyers looks strong. As long as 1180 doesn’t break, the bottom is very likely right here.

$SKHY :
MA7 (153.34) and MA99 (154.75) have already been reclaimed, moving higher in sync with the main stock. The MA25 overhead (156.85) is near-term resistance.

News flow:
After the close, the storage sector rose across the board. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index was up by more than 3% at one point, and panic sentiment is easing at the margin.

Two-way trading ideas for Mig (long/short):
(SKHYNIX)For long positions, continue entering on pullbacks around 1200–1210. For a more conservative approach, enter again around 1180–1195. For shorts, look for a light short attempt near the previous high around 1270.

(SKHY)For long positions, enter long on pullbacks around 153–154 as well. For shorts, if there’s stall/lag near the prior high before 164, then try again.

Personal view:
With two probes of the low at 1180 without breaking it, and MA99 turning upward, going long from this level means limited downside and unlimited upside. Keep position size lighter and scale in in batches.
