$BTC July 21 Leader market analysis

Looking back: yesterday’s open stabilized at 644. In the early session, there was a slight pullback to 642 for a shakeout, and the bulls directly pushed higher to 650. In the afternoon, price moved downward and settled to 637; support and bids were sufficient, and it did not break down. Late in the evening, volume picked up again to break through resistance, refreshing the intraday high to 656.
The whole day’s trend was clearly patterned: each round of pullback had buy-side support to rebound, forming a typical consolidation-to-uptrend wave structure, with the bulls’ base remaining solid.

Today continues yesterday’s bullish upward momentum. It tested a new high by pushing up to 657, but the bulls lacked follow-through; price couldn’t hold firmly in the high zone. The current price has fallen back to the 653 range for choppy consolidation and tug-of-war.
The 4-hour Bollinger Bands are open upward across the board. The overall medium- and long-term bullish trend has not changed. The main trading plan is still to go long on dips; however, if the rally fails to break through the new highs, be sure to guard against a deep pullback and corrective adjustment. On declines, focus on 640 as the key defensive level.
Resistance: 655-665
Support: 635-625
