Many times, people are not defeated by hardship, but by “hardship whose meaning they can’t see.” But don’t explain all waiting as “putting down roots.” What is truly worth sticking with isn’t “believing success will always happen,” but continuously calibrating your direction while moving forward step by step. Because time won’t automatically turn effort into results. Only the right kind of accumulation will suddenly show up at some future turning point.
