$AKE Don’t chase shorts and add longs by pinning. If the price is pinned with a wick at a high level, then short; here don’t add longs. Don’t chase shorts—watch him perform.

I’ve tried this strategy: when it’s a low-level dip, going long after a needle-like wick has a decent win rate, but when it’s a high-level spike, if you short you need to set the stop-loss properly—otherwise you’re likely to get blown up.

Watch his performance? I’d rather watch the show. Going back and forth inserting needles in this spot isn’t as good as placing a grid order and letting it auto-harvest.

Bro, your thinking is solid, but we still need to look at the broader market trend—if there’s a big bullish market, shorting with a high-level spike can easily get you trapped.

Bro, you’re right—making a quick dip buy is really solid. If you go for a high-level dip buy, even a pullback might turn out to be a wash; just watch what the market maker does and you’re done.

This is to keep inserting stitches up and down.
