Inflation data weakens + ETF fund inflows return, $BTC holds above the 64,700 level, waiting for the Fed’s decision meeting in late July

The latest U.S. inflation data cooled slightly; market expectations for a further rate hike on 7/29 fell again, and risk appetite rebounded. Yesterday, BTC spot ETFs saw a net inflow of $132 million, with BlackRock’s IBIT becoming the main destination for the funds, ending the prior multi-day redemption cycle.

Current BTC price: 64,797U, up 1.31% in 24 hours. Intraday range: 64,330–64,730U. After a brief push higher, it slipped slightly and is consolidating;
ETH also strengthens in sync, trading at 1,868U, up 1.35%. On-chain transfer activity continues to recover;
Daily RSI is in the neutral 55 range, with no overbought/oversold exhaustion, and the rebound has a basis to continue.

Key trading levels
Short-term support: 64,300 | Strong support 63,800
Resistance above: 65,000 | Heavy pressure 65,600

Spot: Use 64,300 support to accumulate positions in batches for dips, and don’t chase short-term highs above 65,000;
Futures: In a choppy rebound structure, keep leverage within 3x. Near the 65,000 resistance, you can take a small short position to bet on a pullback.

Before the Fed’s late-July decision lands, can BTC hold above the 65,000 psychological level?
