Cutting your losses is pretty much like a breakup. You already know it’s not a good match, yet you keep dragging it out—only to end up losing more and more, and you still can’t bring yourself to pull the trigger. In the end, you even lose the interest too. I’m the same way. I can talk all day—things like “a stop-loss has to be decisive” and “keep losses small to protect your principal”—but when it’s time to place the order, I still can’t help but wait a bit longer… and what I end up waiting for is an even deeper drop. You feel the pain, and then you’re the one left to lick your own wounds.

Haven’t people been getting furious at those on-chain data tools lately too? A lot of people say the data is lagging, or that big players deliberately pump volume to steer the whole market. Either way, someone like me—a data-driven trader with an empty position—is also a bit confused. Who am I even supposed to trust?

Forget it. In plain terms: accept the loss early, stop staring at all those junk indicators, and get some sleep.
