Hey, today I saw the group hyping some meme narrative again. Funding rates have spiked almost like taking out a high-interest loan, and they’re still talking about a reversal. The reversal, though, is probably your wallet. Back when I was a DEX sniper, I followed a few of the ancient memes; later when I became an LP, impermanent loss educated me thoroughly. To put it plainly, that “faith” in the liquidity pool collapses faster than a low-quality dog rug-pull. Now, whenever funding rates get extreme, I’ll first calculate whether my stop-loss line can hold through two or three deep-squat, shake-like oscillations—rather than listening to everyone chanting “this is the last wave of the bubble.” People who got in early made money after the narrative premium. When it rises halfway, I usually take part of the profit off and set stop-loss orders; the remaining position is kept as an observation trade—only to see if I can catch the bottom of the crash. Anyway, I don’t believe the community’s line “this time is different” anymore.
