Just now I was watching the group chat discuss which wallet to use. Some people said hardware wallets are more reliable, others said multisig is safer, and someone recommended social recovery. For my little amount of assets… honestly, with a hardware wallet you still have to worry about losing it. Multisig is a hassle. Social recovery? You’d first need a few trustworthy friends, haha.

Anyway, my strategy is: test with a small bag. Keep it locked in the exchange’s cold wallet. If I really need to get a hardware wallet, I guess I’d have to wait until one day I’m rug-pulled to the edge of bankruptcy, before I’m willing to buy one as a peace-of-mind measure. Forget all that—speaking plainly: if your assets are over ten thousand U, then consider a hardware wallet or more complex setups. With my size, keeping your private key safe and not losing it is better than anything.

As for that recent mainnet upgrade, everyone’s been speculating whether projects will migrate. I’m more concerned about this: what if during their migration they cause some new vulnerability again—can my small bag still be left intact? Never mind. For now, I’ll stick with this. I’ll study how to play multisig when my assets really grow.
