Oh, I keep seeing another group of people hyping parallel EVM, sharding, and multi-chain stuff. Basically, this round of narrative is pretty much the same as before. As for the technology, we can set that aside for now—my first reaction is still to check the pool depth and the exit path. You say your chain is faster, but if liquidity mining gets pulled, slippage gets ridiculously high—so who’s going to pick it up in the end?

I also recently heard that a certain region has added more taxes again. With compliance getting tighter, the psychological expectations around deposits and withdrawals are even more fragile. Anyway, I’ve kept a fallback plan for myself: first, switch the big position back into stablecoins—then we’ll talk later. Don’t let it get to the point where you want to run, but you can’t find even a decent exit.

Next time I run into this kind of narrative hotspot, I’ll still first figure out where my LP has the deepest liquidity, and then decide whether to get in. How much of your position do you usually keep in these “new narrative” opportunities?
