Just saw a post about position management. It was written like a textbook, and I thought—why does it have to be that complicated? If you can’t hold spot, and if you chase perps and end up getting liquidated, then, plain and simple, it’s just that the position isn’t right for you. The money you lose on contracts is the kind you wouldn’t feel bad about even if you slept through it; spot is different—if it drops 60%, do you dare to add to your position in that kind of asset? The two things are completely not the same.

Social mining and fan tokens are also pretty amusing—your attention can be turned into a mining rig, and in the end you “mine” out whatever you get. Anyway, I’m just watching from the bridge—whoever puts in too much, or whoever wants to turn everything around in one shot, in the end either gets charged at the bridgehead, or the bridge breaks and they fall in. Position management is about managing desire, not numbers.
