The chat group exploded again—there are a bunch of people chasing a certain KOL and scolding him, saying that his trade calls made everyone lose money. Honestly, with information everywhere right now—like a waterfall—who wouldn’t get overwhelmed? The group keeps spamming and flooding the feed, the KOL sends out updates nonstop, and on X there are all kinds of screenshots. During the airdrop season it was even more outrageous: the points system was like clocking in for work, and the task platforms’ anti-bot/anti–Sybil measures were so intense it made my scalp tingle. But let’s be blunt—at the end of the day, aren’t the people who press “buy” the same ones responsible? Blaming others and blaming the group messages doesn’t help; you’d better think about whether you’re getting pushed around by FOMO.

As for this trading thing—plainly put, it’s practice, not victory. Don’t keep thinking, “I’m going to beat the market” or “I’m going to beat the market maker.” That’s so cringey. If you can train yourself not to have your head turned by a single message in the group, that’s progress. I’m the same—I’ve been watching MEV and routing for so long that I gradually realized: having too much information isn’t the problem; the real problem is whether you’ve got the sense to filter it. Anyway, now while other people argue with each other, I’ll just drink my tea.
