Pretty lively—testnet points expectations are back again, and I’m seeing a lot of people spamming stuff like “Mainnet, release tokens fast.” Honestly, I also follow these narratives from time to time, but my thinking is pretty simple—sure, it’s lively, but where’s your stop loss? In any case, when I see those “X100 the moment it launches” promise posts, my first reaction is to circle it in red and wait until the on-chain execution is actually done before taking it seriously. My personal habit is that even with the best stories, I set a mental price target first: if it breaks below, I pull out—I don’t argue with fantasies. Basically, people get excited reading the whitepaper, but you only feel truly at ease after you’ve gone through the whole process end to end.

For safety, I’d rather spend a bit more time fiddling with three layers of verification. Before every on-chain action, I manually check the contract address. Even if it means transferring to a cold wallet one extra time, I don’t want to be pulled into a trap by the fast pace. It may be a bit troublesome, but it’s better than being set up by someone else.

Anyway, I trust on-chain data more than rhetoric. If you want, you can laugh at me for overdoing it—but I’d rather avoid slapping my thigh in regret afterward.
