People keep posting unlock calendars in the group every day, like tomorrow the whole thing is about to collapse. 😂 Honestly, while I understand the fear of sell-pressure, what I’m really more worried about is that the project team themselves may not even know what they’re doing.
Last week, I went through the GitHub and audit reports of three projects, and I found a pattern: you can’t just look at whether the report has the words “completed.” You need to check which vulnerabilities it actually fixed and whether there are any leftover issues. If an audit report is full of “not fixed” or “confirmed but does not affect anything,” that basically amounts to telling you, “Don’t touch it—we’re just going to slack off.”
Also, for multi-sig upgrades, I usually count the number of signers and the threshold—if in a 3/5 multi-sig, all five addresses are internal project wallets, then it’s basically no different from having no multi-sig at all. In any case, after I stepped into the trap for the third time, I learned: I’d rather make less profit than one day have all LPs changed by an upgrade notice.
Back to staking unlocks—unlocking doesn’t necessarily mean immediate selling. It depends on how the tokens are distributed. But most people just look at the calendar and don’t look at the order book, and I can’t be bothered to persuade them… That’s all for now.
