I just checked the chart again and felt a little itchy to chase the trade, so I quickly held myself back and asked: What information is this position based on now, or am I just being driven by the emotion of the price going up and down?—After I asked, I calmed down, and it really helps.

As for trading psychology, I’m increasingly convinced it’s not about “defeating” yourself, but about “practicing” and coexisting with that brain that always wants to rush in. Just like working out—you can’t rip out greed and fear in one go, but if you train a little every day, the feel becomes familiar.

Recently, I’ve been seeing people argue in the group about the compliance boundaries of privacy coins and mixing services. Honestly, I’m pretty conflicted too. On one hand, I feel privacy is a necessity; on the other, I’m afraid that one day I might accidentally cross the line.

Anyway, for now it’s like this: practice slowly, stay optimistic. Volatility is for breakfast—don’t let emotions burn your positions to the point of ruin.
