Just finished pulling on-chain data, and then I came across a few posts with address-profile “portraits.” Honestly, they were pretty interesting. Recently, there’s been a whole shouting match over NFT royalties—people arguing about whether creator earnings are dying or not. But when you look through the addresses that are the loudest, a lot of their on-chain behavior has nothing to do with the labels pasted onto them in those posts. Data can give you a rough sense, but don’t take it all as gospel. Address profiling, put simply, is like flipping through a memo—maybe it recorded that you bought coffee yesterday, but today you changed your mind.

I trust the data more—not because it’s perfectly right, but because a wallet address’s on-chain behavior is always more solid than people being loud. The data is cold and straightforward, while intuition is hot in an ambiguous, half-hearted way. I just baked another slice of on-chain volatility bread today—finished it for breakfast, and carried on.
