Just saw someone complain that miners/validators make money by ordering transactions, and that retail traders are like trapped in the middle. In fact, if you break down the three terms—data availability, ordering, and finality—there’s nothing particularly mysterious about them. Data availability means the recipe for the bread must be public. Ordering means who gets to put the butter first. Finality means the bread is baked and can’t be sent back to the oven. Now the MEV crowd is essentially cutting in line on the butter; retail traders can’t even easily grab scraps from the edges of the block.

Anyway, I trade the same way: keep multiple wallet addresses on hand. It’s like leaving an extra lump of dough when baking bread so it doesn’t burn—you build in redundancy and don’t regret not leaving yourself an escape route only after the chain gets stuck.
