Honestly, this market has been really hard to deal with lately. Gold is down, the crypto market is down, and even the US stock market is down. Most of the positions I hold are basically shrinking too—I’m the same. Every day I open my account, I feel a jolt of chest tightness and discomfort. What’s even worse is that it’s not that there aren’t opportunities now, it’s that I don’t have much ammunition left. I want to add to my position, but I’m afraid of catching a falling knife; I want to cut my losses, but I just can’t bring myself to accept it.
