Woke up again at 3 AM, staring at that -12% position, while the other +15% one doesn't feel this way at all.

It's weird—loss aversion is amplified tenfold in crypto. Someone in the group posted a screenshot of a stablecoin reserve audit, and instantly hundreds of panicked replies appeared underneath. The peg was still at 0.998, but as soon as the word "de-peg" came out, my hand was already hovering over the withdrawal button.

On the flip side, if I'm in profit, I sleep fine—even feel like "I can wait a bit longer." But when in the red, I keep refreshing the browser, as if staring at it a few more times will somehow reduce the loss.

In short, it's the same when bridging assets—if it takes five extra minutes to arrive, I start imagining the worst-case scenario, even though 99% of the time it's just network congestion. But that 1% possibility consumes all my attention.

Now I've learned a bit—set a stop-loss and close the page. The market won't change direction just because I'm staring at it. That's it for now—going back to sleep.
