Back to the whole “treasury matter” then: I’ve set a rule for myself—watching what the project spends money on matters far more than watching how well they can tell a story. It’s not about how much they spent; it’s about where the money went. Was it suddenly a flashy, in-person event? Or did they honestly put their audit and milestone progress out on-chain? I’ll just dismiss the former right away; even if the latter moves slowly, I’m still willing to stick with it for a while.

Look for calm amid the noise—that’s basically what it means.
