Lately, I’ve been seeing AI Agents automatically “farm” pump-and-dump coins and automatically compound, and it sounds pretty tempting. But honestly, my hand is still hovering over the undo/cancel button—I haven’t committed.

Hardware wallets are all sold out, which shows people are genuinely scared. But with the Agent’s private-key custody and signature authorization—those steps, and exactly how they get carried out inside that black box—I still can’t make sense of it. It has me click “confirm”… so in the end, who’s responsible?

As for that restaking-and-yield layering setup, I can play with it because I can calculate the risk exposure at every step. But if the Agent chains a few protocols together and auto-rolls them, and somewhere in the middle a phishing link swaps out the contract address—can it tell? I can’t, anyway.

Maybe I’m just old-fashioned. I feel like the key positions still need a final manual check by a person. AI can help me monitor and calculate, but that “confirm” button… for now, let it stay in my own hands.
