Shorting the top gainer on Gate again, this time targeting BASED. Still my old routine—take a quick lick and run, jump in decisively when I see an opportunity, take profits and leave, no attachment.

This trade wasn't executed cleanly. At one point, the market got me a bit emotional, and I almost lost my rhythm. Fortunately, I didn't force it in the end, followed the plan, and ultimately managed to capture around 50% profit. Sometimes trading isn't about being right every time—it's about execution and risk control.
I've been trading futures on Gate recently, and overall I'm pretty satisfied with the experience. The matching speed is fast, order placement and execution are smooth, and the order book depth and liquidity are good. Slippage is well-controlled when entering and exiting quickly. For a trading style like mine—liking short-term trades, seeing an opportunity and "licking and running"—the whole operation feels much more comfortable, and execution efficiency is higher.
