Every time I feel like FOMOing, I stare at the buy button for thirty seconds.

I ask myself: Is this really something others haven't seen, or am I just burned by the anxiety that "everyone else is moving"? Recently, with all that bridge and oracle stuff, the group chat is full of people repeating "waiting for official confirmation"—in short, using procrastination to hedge against probabilities they don't even understand.

It's ironic: we curse project teams for being opaque all day, but when given time, we still gamble on "maybe this time it's different." My crude approach now is to cut the position I want to chase in half, write the other half on a note, and stuff it in a drawer—if I still want it three days later, then I'll act. Money won't run away, but impulse will make me run.
