Crypto World News reports that Riot Platforms CEO Jason Les recently disclosed via SEC Form 144 that he plans to sell 250,000 shares of Riot common stock under a Rule 10b5-1 pre-arranged trading plan set to be established in August 2025, with a market value of approximately $7.03 million. Previously, Les had also disclosed the sale of 175,000 shares, valued at approximately $4.2 million, under the same plan; together, the two transactions total approximately $11.2 million. The report says Riot’s stock price briefly broke above $30 on Monday, and it has risen more than double since the start of the year, partly driven by the AI infrastructure concept.
