The most valuable trading mindset in the market is not to panic during big drops and not to be overly enthusiastic during big rises; rational judgment is necessary to long-term harvest market dividends.

On Tuesday early morning, Bitcoin's overall trend was relatively weak, continuously oscillating downward; overnight, the US stock market opened higher, driving Bitcoin to briefly surge, reaching a high point before facing resistance and falling back.
Currently, the market has retreated to a low-range zone.
Ethereum's trend remains synchronized with Bitcoin, starting a continuous correction from the previous high point, with prices falling back to near the support level.

Looking at the daily chart over a longer period, the overall upward trend structure has not been broken.
After a series of consecutive downward candles, there was a quick rebound with a bullish candle, and the low-level stabilization and recovery are fully consistent with this round of bullish market rhythm.
The channel is generally expanding upward, and there is still potential for further upward expansion, with the possibility of challenging key resistance levels in the future.
Switching to a short-term cycle, the price previously dropped sharply to the support level below, but the bears failed to break through the critical support area continuously.
The market quickly rebounded and recovered, returning to the bullish zone.
Last night's sharp decline was just a short-term shakeout of short-term traders, and the trading strategy should mainly focus on gradually building long positions during the pullback.
