#MAGMA has lost its bullish structure after a sharp rejection from the 0.6044 peak. The recent crash wiped out most of the breakout gains and pushed price below MA25, while currently testing the MA99 support zone. This is a critical area, and failure to hold it could trigger another wave of selling pressure.

The MACD remains strongly bearish. The signal line is below the MACD line and histogram bars continue printing negative momentum, showing sellers remain dominant. Despite the massive decline, there are still no strong signs of a bullish reversal on momentum indicators.

The RSI has dropped into oversold territory, confirming heavy selling pressure. While short-term relief bounces are possible, RSI has not yet shown a convincing recovery signal. In strong downtrends, oversold conditions can persist longer than many traders expect.

Price is also trading below both MA7 and MA25, which are now acting as dynamic resistance levels. Any recovery toward these moving averages may attract fresh selling activity.

The key level to watch is 0.3500. A confirmed breakdown below this support could accelerate the move toward the lower targets. If bears maintain control, the previous accumulation zones around 0.25 - 0.15 become realistic downside objectives.
