Starting today, this foundation will support families facing childhood cancer, inspire children with space exploration, and tell every child: no matter how big your dream is, it’s within reach.
This is the narrative we have always believed in, a long-term developmental narrative

Every royalty fee generated from on-chain transactions flows here. Flows to Liv’s name, flows to children in need of help, flows to a place a mother is building with love
But I want to make one thing clear: this is just the first step.
The foundation has just been launched, and the story is only beginning to unfold. This is not the end, it’s the starting point, the beginning of a promise being fulfilled. From this day on, every transaction royalty generated through BAGS has a real destination — Liv’s Stargrace Foundation@Liv_Stargrace, a formally registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, a real institution that will help children with cancer and inspire kids to chase the stars. This is no longer a “promise to do in the future.” It is happening now.
I have often said that this is the best integration of Web3 and Web2 — on-chain mechanisms automatically fund the foundation, off-chain charity genuinely helps children in reality, the two mutually reinforce each other, forming a long-term closed loop that does not rely on anyone and will not stop because of waning hype.
This is the only project I’ve seen in the meme space that makes me feel “even if the price drops to zero, this is worth continuing.”
This has never happened in meme history. Not because no one thought of it, but because no story has had enough genuine foundation to support it reaching today.
Liv asked Elon Musk: When can we send children to space? Sadly, she didn’t wait for that day, but her question remains, her dream still lives!
But her foundation will stay with those children who are still waiting, with those children on hospital beds still dreaming, telling them: your dreams are within reach!
And what we can do is build community, share stories, let more people know about Liv’s dream, let this foundation help more and more children, and let this cause go far and last long.
One day, when Liv’s Stargrace Foundation has helped enough children, when its name appears in the eyes of enough outsiders — that will be when Liv’s dream truly begins to land.
