🚨 LATEST SITUATION AS OF MORNING JUNE 10, 2026: USA - Iran ESCALATION IN THE GULF!
The most serious escalation since the April ceasefire:
• US strikes first: After accusing Iran of shooting down an Apache helicopter near the Strait of Hormuz, the US carried out airstrikes on Iranian radars, air defense systems, and coastal ground control stations in Jask, Sirik, and on Qeshm Island. CENTCOM confirmed it had completed “self-defense strikes.”
• Iran retaliates: In the early morning of June 10, IRGC fired ballistic missiles + drones targeting US bases in Bahrain (Fleet Base 5), Jordan (al-Azraq), and Kuwait. Iran declared it was “ready to respond to any further US attacks with a destructive and decisive response.”
The ceasefire is becoming increasingly fragile, with a risk of complete collapse as the situation has continued to escalate over the past two weeks.
