Crypto Frontier News reports, according to Reuters, that sources familiar with the matter revealed that SpaceX executives said the company plans to launch an initial demonstration of space-based artificial intelligence computing infrastructure by the end of 2027, which is earlier than the “earliest 2028” deployment timeline disclosed in its IPO filing. The orbital computing project is a core part of SpaceX presenting long-term growth prospects to investors. In its IPO documents, the company claimed it is “the only company with a commercially viable path and the ability to build large-scale orbital AI computing systems.”
