Synthetic diamonds have unexpectedly become the "key material" for cooling high-end computing chips, with thermal conductivity (five times that of copper) that can effectively quickly dissipate heat generated during the operation of AI, high-performance computing, and other advanced process chips, preventing performance degradation or damage caused by overheating. Currently, over 95% of the global industrial-grade synthetic diamond production capacity is concentrated in China.
