I look at whether the project team is serious or not, actually not by looking at the PPT first, but by seeing how the treasury funds are spent: whether they frequently talk about "ecological cooperation" and "market promotion," jumping from one to another, and ultimately ending up in a few familiar wallets... Anyway, I keep a question mark in my mind.

Milestones shouldn't be written like a wishing pond; can they deliver small goals monthly, even if it's just completing documentation, testnets, bug fixes—those dirty, tiring tasks continuously.

Recently, everyone has been talking about expectations of interest rate cuts, the US dollar index, and risk assets rising and falling together. Honestly, when emotions run high, everyone wants to drink hot soup quickly, but I still prefer to test if it's hot first.
Projects with transparent treasury spending and stable pace at least let me sleep better.
What I don't regret is... preferring to follow slowly, rather than being excited by the three words "milestone" and being tricked.
