Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 27 — Nasdaq-listed company Alpha Compute announced that it has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the gaming and digital rewards platform GAMEE. The transaction has met all regulatory and closing conditions. It is reported that in this deal, Alpha Compute officially acquired 60% ownership with a transaction price of approximately $11 million, implying a valuation of about $18 million. The counterparty in the deal is Animoca Brands. After this transaction, Alpha Compute will establish a new AI gaming division called Alpha Games.
