Just organized the 2026 US stock trading schedule and found that many people still don't quite understand this area. To put it simply, daylight saving time has now started, and from Taiwan's perspective, regular US stock trading hours are from 10:30 PM to 5:00 AM the next day, with pre-market opening at 4:00 AM and after-hours closing at 9:00 PM.

The most important thing is to remember the US stock market holidays, so you don't wait in vain. For the second half of this year, major holidays when the market is closed include Independence Day on July 4th, Labor Day on September 7th, Thanksgiving on November 26th, and Christmas on December 25th. The day after Thanksgiving and the day before Christmas will close three hours early, so pay special attention on November 27th and December 24th.

US stocks are mainly traded on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, and the American Securities Exchange, each operating independently, so prices may vary slightly. If you want to trade US stocks, you must first understand these market holidays and corresponding trading hours, or you might run into trouble. The time difference between daylight saving time and standard time also changes, so Asian investors should pay special attention to the adjustment times each year.
