Google's fake crypto ads continue to proliferate, with phishing sites impersonating Uniswap stealing another $400k
Reports say a fake Uniswap website stole funds from multiple wallets, with total assets exceeding $400k. Fake sponsored ads on Google search became a phishing source, with SEAL indicating a significant rise in March. Attackers bypassed reviews by paying or hijacking accounts, with over 356 malicious links blocked. From March 13 to 30, stolen funds reached $1.27 million. At the same time, malicious ads targeting Mac users using Google ads and Claude appeared, and Facebook was also a high-risk area.
