Hutchison Holdings has agreed to acquire an Australian diagnostic imaging service provider in a $2.4 billion deal. Hutchison Holdings announced on Monday that the company will acquire I-MED Radiology Network from private equity firm Permira in a cash transaction. The acquisition also includes the minority stake the diagnostic company holds in Harrison.ai. Harrison.ai develops radiology artificial intelligence solutions. I-MED operates 215 diagnostic imaging clinics in Australia and New Zealand. The company also conducts teleradiology operations in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, pending regulatory approval. (Sina Finance)
